                                     CIBMTP Unit Supervisor
The focus of a Unit Supervisor in the Community Integrated Behavior Management Training Program (CIBMTP) is to oversee the job coaches within their respective areas.

                                           Direct Care Staff
The direct care staff will work with a consumer in an individual placement or three (3) consumers in enclaves or group placement.  He/she will train and assist consumers with job tasks by implementing training strategies and ensure that all required job site work is complete as stated in the contract specifications.  Job Developer or Site Supervisor will properly brief direct care staff on job site specifications.

                                            Job Developer
The Job developer acts as a liaison between community employers and Arc Mid-Cities.  She/He oversees current employment contracts to ensure that they are being properly managed and seeks-out and sets-up new employment contacts.  He/He assists the Program Manager to match the job openings with the consumers' wants and needs and to place the appropriate Job Coach/Direct Care Staff at each contract.

                           Resource Development Coordinator
As a member of the Resource Development Team, the Resource Development Coordinator accesses potential community resources/funding sources and acts as a liaison between Arc Mid-Cities and the resources to cultivate an on-going and prosperous relationship for all those involved.
